Delco Safety Compliance specialise in undertaking impartial Asbestos Management Surveys, in accordance with the HSE guidance publication ‘HSG264 – Asbestos: The Survey Guide’
Fixed Price Surveys
At Delco Safety Compliance, we do not charge for each sample we need to take. Whether your building requires 1 sample, or 100, the quote we give you will be the price you pay.
The purpose of the Management Survey is to locate, as far as reasonably practicable, the presence and extent of any suspect ACMs in the building, which could be damaged or disturbed during normal occupancy, including foreseeable maintenance and installation, and to assess their condition.
The survey will usually involve sampling and analysis, to confirm the presence or absence of ACMs. However a management survey can also involve presuming the presence or absence of asbestos. Samples taken are then analysed by a UKAS accredited laboratory and the results used to compile a register of the ACMs within the premises. The condition of each ACM is assessed and recommendations made regarding their management.
For a free, no obligation quote, send us an email, detailing the size of the building and common areas in the ‘comments’ box.
Asbestos Re-inspections
We undertake Asbestos re-inspections on buildings that have previously had an Asbestos Management Survey. The purpose of a re-inspection is to check all positive samples found on site and to see whether the condition of the asbestos containing materials or ACM in the building has changed due to accidental damage, wear and tear, etc. Asbestos Survey Re-inspection can also be used to update the Asbestos Survey Report after any Asbestos removal or repair work
